Delivery

Dispatched within 24 hours for orders placed before 5 pm, Mon–Fri.

Returns

• 30 days from delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase required.
• Use our contact form with your order number to start a return.
• Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty — we cover postage in that case.
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval, to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Want a different colour? Return your order and place a new one — it's quicker than a formal exchange and you'll get the item faster.
